Almost every organisation and sector have a need for a customer service practitioner and this Apprenticeship would be suitable for anyone providing a quality product and customer service directly from the workplace, or face to face.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Customer interactions face-to-face, telephone, post, email, written and social media.
- making sales and placing orders
- processing payments and following up with after sales care
- solve problems
- measure customer satisfaction
Progression could be into employment into a Customer Service role or Apprenticeship Level 3 Customer Service Specialist.
