Almost every organisation and sector have a need for a customer service practitioner and this Apprenticeship would be suitable for anyone providing a quality product and customer service directly from the workplace, or face to face.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Customer interactions face-to-face, telephone, post, email, written and social media.
  • making sales and placing orders
  • processing payments and following up with after sales care
  • solve problems
  • measure customer satisfaction

Progression could be into employment into a Customer Service role or Apprenticeship Level 3 Customer Service Specialist.
